is this edl mode or not ?

hi all, i got an MSM8909 stream b3 simply, when power on, it enter recovery mode, so i want to flash i made my own edl cable, then the phone enter in a mode that said : "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008"

is this the edl mode that cmd2 nead toi flash the phone ? cause cmd2qlm don't detect the phone at all !!
