elle dead, infinity solution?

hi,
i have 2 pcs elle n1:
1st phone: when i power on the phone on display is apearing a light blue, red and power off

2nd phone: i sell the phone and after 1 day the stupid customer give me back copletely dead. i don't know if is sw or hw problem. anyway, somebody think can write the flash?

Hello,

You can flash EL03 and EL05 with Infinity-Box, but N1 is not supported.

For EL03 you need to select "Alcatel Elle-N3" model.
