Error 31(Why i purchase infinity CDMA)

Hi,
Still problem same, first time when i use your new one file it shows unblock key applied, after i open infinity cdma tool it shows same one error(Send+receive Error. ISO7816 Error 0X6985(Commend not allowed.Condition of use not satisfied)
Is it a some kind of joke with me every time playing by "infinityremoteupdate".

Plz tell me either you guys able to repair this or i have to purchase a new smart sim?
if i have to purchase a new one sim then why infinity? Why not other unlocker?
I am completly disappointed by support team of infinity?
You guys suggest me that your computer is effected by spyware or sniffing tool?
So you want to say that for using infinty Cdma i have required a separate PC.
Practically is it possible?

I want to tell you: if you will buy one more dongle and if you continue to share it via network or if you continue to trace/spy our software - you will get one more blocked dongle.
