I've installed the drivers, but i still receive the same error! Through which cable should I connect the mobile phone to PC. I have the USB cable, then which mode should I select, "Mass Storage" or "Com Port"?

Please see the screenshot #2, I get the detection of the handset in the device manager, but i still receive the same error. You said it might be "box error"....which box r u referring to?

We are talking here about Infinity-Box.

You must install Infinity-Box drivers again. After installation check your PC DeviceManager and compare your installation results with Infinity-Box installation manual, we have attached pictures in installation manual so you can easy check what is the problem.
