MT6752 with OTP IMEI hangs on LOGO after erasing and writing it's own firmware - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity Team, The phone was with Virus problem , I read the firmware and flashed with another firmware the phone dead , flashed back with its own firmware the phone was alive, but I erased whole flash and flashed the phone with its own firmware now the phone is hang on logo , Can you please help me with ?

Select Alcatel in settings. Go to extra, alcatel - make "repair Minfo", reflash mobile first! Then do repair Minfo, then format FS with "wipe" mode.
