What is this error? Is it hardware? Still I am not try to flash phone and its working fine... just restart sometime. So is it safe to flash or....? please help

I saw that.... Can you explain what is the meaning of that? Can't we change it to flash with CM2? I mean I couldn't connect before Karbonn Sparkle V without boot loader unlock Or if I haven't do nothing am I flash with SP tool?

It alcatel.
You must use Alcatel upgrade tool for service that phone.
In fact - just flash.
