Error during smart card upgrade - GSM-Forum

Hello infinity team,

Please advise on what to do. This morning i have been updating my smart card and after sometime, i got the error below:

Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID not found
Smart Card API error #0
The operation completed successfully.

Now my Infinity box cannot open any Infinity Module. What can i do,please help urgently.

you must write about your problem to [email protected]
please attach dongle manager's log file. We need to see history of this unsuccessful upgrade
