Please dont refer me to previous link coz ive read it but not detailed... mostly unlocking... I'm looking forward for immediate response from infinity team... BR |

If you can use "search" button you no need to "I'm looking forward for immediate response from infinity team..." because you can get an answer in 2 minutes by yourself. X400: what is the problem exactly ? |

Member: 145396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 218 | @InfinitySupport; Thanks for your reply, and i'm hoping that you guide me correctly because we have two infinity boxes put only in the drawer because its not easy to use, yeah i understand and i'm sorry i dont have enough time to search that's why i'm asking for immediate response but do hope you dont get mad about asking immediate coz i'm not same as you know everything, ive notice in panasonic have x700 and have eeprom option for flashing but i didnt know its not supported but then why you response not freindly? better no option for x700 right? i'm asking coz i dont know, to whom i've ask? i'm the product user, your the supporter, better i'll burn this boxes rather than no right answer from support... I'm asking for immediate response coz its urgent... If you read also clearly my post you no need to ask the problem of x400? |

Time used: 56 sec since x700 is not suported, this log is same as i've flash x400, i cant flash just PRESS POWER BUTTON NOW but then even ive press more then 10 sec, or a minute for several times with my two boxes its the same, x400 problem is, when you switch it on it lights only and if you release it its off... i've tried also to read a good x68 but still same situation... I'm using the two type of cables, the x60 and with the 4 strips one... i'm noobs for infinity please excuse me, i dont have any intension to hurt anyone i want this boxes working coz its expensive and its useless if nobody will guide me... i'm also using cruiser, setools, jaf, ufs, gti, smartclip but its friendly to use... TIA |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | @maui_1856 according to your x400 problem description I can give you the next advices: 1. select correct COM port ! 2. use correct cable, cable with "X60" mark ! 3. make unlock operation 4. make reset operation 5. flash phone also please, explain me what is the problem with not friendly use of Infinity-Box ? Please, I need to know facts bu not only words like "not friendly to use, that's all" because if ypou can explain what is the problem we can guide you how to solve your problem, but if you can't explain what is exact problem all your words is just a words. also, please, see FAQ thread: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=342807 You can see a lot of very good descriptions for different problems.
