@maui_1856
you must read info at official site before ask questions that has no answer, so please, check www.infinity-box.com to see list of supported models/functions and you can see that: X700 flashing not supported by Infinity-Box.
If you can use "search" button you no need to "I'm looking forward for immediate response from infinity team..." because you can get an answer in 2 minutes by yourself.

X400: what is the problem exactly ?

@InfinitySupport;

Thanks for your reply, and i'm hoping that you guide me correctly because we have two infinity boxes put only in the drawer because its not easy to use, yeah i understand and i'm sorry i dont have enough time to search that's why i'm asking for immediate response but do hope you dont get mad about asking immediate coz i'm not same as you know everything, ive notice in panasonic have x700 and have eeprom option for flashing but i didnt know its not supported but then why you response not freindly? better no option for x700 right? i'm asking coz i dont know, to whom i've ask? i'm the product user, your the supporter, better i'll burn this boxes rather than no right answer from support... I'm asking for immediate response coz its urgent...

If you read also clearly my post you no need to ask the problem of x400?

according to your x400 problem description I can give you the next advices:
