Hello,

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong and how to help you.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.

Ya somos demasiados los que tenemos error en actualizar esta box (dongle error o damaged) por que el soporte no se hace cargo de esto y dice que es culpa de nosotros los usuarios en cuanto algunos la compramos asi y nuevas y de supuestos resellers autorizados a mi entender esto es una burrada y otra ves como paso con jaf los uicos perjudicados somos los usuarios
que alguien me diga si estoy equivocado y explique esto
