Smart-card can not be upgraded any more !
It is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an Infinity-Box fault !
This smart-card can not be replaced for free !
This kind of problem is not an Infinity-Box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software !

Here is one of possible damage reasons:
Warning ! Your smart-card can be attacked by harmful software ! - GSM-Forum

- If you have any addon software activated for your damaged Infinity-Box smart-card and
if you have another Infinity-Box we can move addon activation to your other Infinity-Box
(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).
- If you see this errors at addon activation stage: you can activate your addon for
another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

hello!

unfortunately, everything you can read in log is true: your smart-card keys is permanently damaged and card can not be upgraded anymore.
Smart card access keys work same way as SIM card's PIN code. Once all attempts is used up- card is blocked.
The reason of used up keys is running on your PC harmful software. Some software tried to access smart card numerous times and made it blocked.
As long as your box cannot be upgraded anymore- only older infinity programs will continue to work. New updates, which will require box upgrade- will not work.

NB! You still can use old infinity programs, download Chinese Miracle 3.09, MModule 3.17 or Pinfinder 1.23 at out support site.
old version programs are located in Archive folder, the path is:
mirror/ software / updates / archive /

I must repeat, that this isnt Infinity team fault or bad product quality. Even other boxes facing same problems.
