Error update firmware infinity box

It looks like you should extend your support period to be able to access support area with flash files.

Post Infinity bad support

Infinity box bad support of me.i purchased box 2008 in.
Infinity box sponsor tell new box in five year full support but my account suspended 1 junuary 2012.my one year support lose.
Please just solution my support.

hello!

by saying 5 years of free support we advertised our previous work.
we launched infinity box in year 2005, looking back in year 2010 we really provided 5 years of free support. since year 2012 we changed our support policy.

i do have a valid account till 22-02-2013 but still dongle is not upgrading from 0118 to 0120.

please help to sort out this problem.
