help problem not rezolved


why the infinity team dont answer to his custumor and delet my topics ?? i need so much help i have now 5 days and i can t use the pinfinder and i sent you the mail like you told me to do and you answered me one time and the problem still the same this is what they told me :
Here is an instruction how to repair situation, follow it EXACTLY step-by-step ! 1. disconnect PinFinder and upgrade your dongle ordinary way
2. delete PinFinder folder from your PC: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\PinFinder
3. download and install latest PinFinder software from Infinity-Box support area
4. run new installed PinFinder software
5. press "Detect adapter" button
6. run software again, PinFinder should work
7. make PinFinder registration again to finalize repair process
I've done all steps but same problem especially in step 4 when i run soft i get dongle[******xx] is not activated for current software modulei returne in dongle manager for upgrade my dongle same problemeLocating server...
Server#1 address found.
Connecting to server#1...
Server connection successfully established.
S/N: ******x, Firmware: 0110.01
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0006] Your account is suspended: read previous error messages carefully and contact to [email protected]
plz resolved my probleme i needed very
please can you help me quickey cause i am blocked and i have so much phones to work with the pin finder .
