Error on write imei on iphone 168C+

I made a format on this model, and now i want to repair imei but always i have error, on mode one with phone powered on it show me just :

and don't pass to 4% . I tryed method 3 and now phone is dead.

I flashed phone with same version of sw KONKA25_GEMINI_07B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_07B_ W08_16_MP_V03__iFOE P168+_32m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_It_De_Ml_Id_Vn_Cn_Pt_Cn_Ar.B 0M.bin from support, and tryed again all 3 method at differed baudrate. finaly solved!
