F-bus Rx LED won't turn on

This is using the motorola c113, etc, module.

I have a problem, my infinity box stopped working, f-bus rx led won't turn on and the box will do nothing to my phone. Is my box damaged or faulty cable?

When I try to unlock a phone, and the program asks me to press "on" on the phone, the tx led blinks and the rx stays off, when the usual is when the tx blinks, the tx turns on and then the program starts doing it's thing.

One more question,
RX led indicates communication on what way? phone to box, or box to phone?

Thank you!

Hi,

upper LED blink when data transmitted from PC to phone
down LED blink when data transmitted from phone to PC

Be sure that you have front switch in F-BUS (up) position.
Also it can be cable fault or maybe RJ-45 connector fault (check that all RJ-45 contects in box connector is Ok).

Front switch is in "UP" position.
Lower led blinks, but upper doesn't.
Is there a program to test box is working without having to use a phone?

no any program.

If you test with c113: in this case down led should blink first.

Your box problem can be: cable fault or maybe RJ-45 connector fault (check that all RJ-45 contects in box connector is Ok).
