You didn't mention the name of the phone so we can't help you, however you can update to r4 then retry otherwise state the name of the phone so we can find you an appropriate DA file. Goodluck

i already put them manualy in boot folder, what do youe mean about selecting manualy ? can you explain the way ? thanks
