here is the logs

Dongle can't be found:
Error when listing readers!
SmartCard API error #2148532270
Cannot find a smart card reader.
What to do i uninstall all boxes & drivers also but same problem i m facing it is not detecting box i changed couple of cables followed all instruction given in manual......
