but i have a c825x tried to connect using c701 pinout picture but NO SUCCESS till date. these phone is with me for the past two months now. just need to know why my box cannot make the connection.

any assistance will be very helpful, pls.

Hello,

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout
