I have the same problem......Speed is realy slow....near 3 to 4 kbs.....I m not using downloadmanagers!...I m using 512k connection......

and im using 1 mb/sec internet service but my speed is 10 k/sec , hehehe .
i never downloaded even 1 file from infinity support area .

Hello,
For me it´s all OK and fast, I can download betwen 150 and 320 K/s without problem, from Spain and ADSL (6MB).

i agree. for me working fine. without any download manager.

My download speed is not low . . . .
Today i download spice 700 flash file & the speed of download is 50 - 122 kb/s.
Gr8 speed from India.

Then i think for download from support we all must have 6mb/s link.....Its realy hard for us to get this link....As its not avail in our country....hehehehe
BTW from which support you r downloading????
