Please my infinity box doesnt open the china miracle mtk tool
after getting my one year activation..what can i do to get open it.???

Buy activation via reller or via IOS , then uipdgrade your dongle. Open and use MTK/RDA/SPD modules.

When I go to online service once I click on "buy" a message will pop up saying the product is already active.CM2SPD and RDA opens except that CM2MTK software.

Hello,

If you have renewed support - just download CM software from support area and use it. You DO NOT need to amke any other activations if you have active support !

What is your box S/N ?

I have renewed support and also downloaded CM software
But it still asks me to activate online..my box S/N is this..

What CM version do you use ?

You should use CM v1.xx

I can only see CM2 online...how can I get the version 1

i have downloaded the software i saw from the Infinity-Box - Support
it does the same thing...still asking me to activate it online

Should I delete anything before installing a new software?

Problem has been solved.i deleted the old folder x:/infinitybox/CM2MTK before installing the new one.
