this one is not in support area someone plz help me

i think this file not in support area. can you backup your file? if yes plese sand that file in [email protected] .

we dont need backups from faulty phones.
only if you can read it out from working phone

phone is working good incoming call ok outgoing not working phonebook and message not opening only show processing phonebook

when flash with 858dfx file from support fone stuck on startup after write backup same problem

hello!

you must find good working phone with firmware "M858_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.M858_6226B_11M"
read out full flash and use it for flashing your faulty phone.
also please send this flash file to [email protected] for suppport site collection
