If you have set new password for your IOS account already - you should use your new password but not factory password given by DongleManager.

You have login to BEST server.
Go to /flashfiles/0-CommunityUploads/ folder there you can find uploaded files.

same as mine , i have CM2 dongle only (dont have box)
i cant get access, not seen any IOS username nd password
Dongle manager shows a username nd password, but dont think that the same,

If you want to reset your IOS password please make this:

1. Visit https://user.infinity-box.com/?do=passwordreset
2. Enter your Username
3. Enter your e-mail address
4. Click to "Reset Password" button
5. Check your mailbox, you will see an e-mail with special link
6. Click to link
7. You will get Temporary Password
8. Visit https://user.infinity-box.com
9. Enter your Login
10. Enter your Temporary Password
11. Click to "Settings" menu
12. Enter your (Current) Temporary Password
13. Enter your New Own Password
14. Enter your New Own Password again
15. Click to "Ok"
Process completed

If you will have any problem - tell me at what STEP you have a problem exactly !
