Hello,

Flash phone with another firmware + file system files, make "reset".
If still no luck you have a reason to check phone hardware.

InfinitySupport must give the solution related to software. i read at two places and both places it advised to check via different firmwares if not then open the phone. my phone was alright before flash. only there was problem of no network coverage. means my phone was not going to check up for signals. i flashed it with infinity and now in this state. means hangup on startup. so it must be software problme. now infinitysupport should come up with a software solution rather to advising for opening phone and doing the hardware jobs.

Hello,

Did you tried to ask yourself what was the problem with phone before flash ?
In most cases "no network" is a hardware problem. Don't you think so ?
Also, did you ever heard about bad soldered flash chip and other hardware problems ?

Anyway, I respect your words (even if I don't agree with your words, just read my advice and you will see why) so it's interesting to know: did you tried to use different flash files and eeprom files from support area ?
Did you asked your customer what is this phone history ?

Why poeple always want "solution" but never try to think what is the reason of the problem ?
