flashing Benq EF71 - GSM-Forum

I want to put romanian language in this phone and I flash with EF71 Main v110 VENC3A311000(1).91M.bin on firmware and with EF71_LP_v110_VENC3AL1100025_En_DE_Fr_Tr_Pl_Ro_Slov ensky[1].91P.bin on language pack and push ` Write ` button(`Smart` write checked) .After all process finished I removed battery and put back and I push power button . The phone power on show me ` BENQ-SIEMENS ` and freeze . After 30minutess its in the same stage , ` BENQ-SIEMENS ` on white screen . How can I repair this EF71 ?
I saved flash and eeprom before this of course .

flashes for EF71 from support its good or not ? or how exacttly can flash this phone ?

with flash v 107 its working but without romanian language ! with flash v110 not working ! I need LP V 107 0025 language pack ! in lp 0025 is romanian language !
Can we help me with lp 0025 v 107 romanian language pack ?

Hello,

If phone works well with one firmware and can not works with another version it may be hardware <-> software incompatibility.

How to get latest flash files and new language pack files:

Q: I don't see in support area flash files that I need (Languages that I need). How to get it ?

A: Try to find phone with languages that you need, read flash and send file to [email protected]
Flash file will be tested, converted to required format and uploaded into support area as soon as possible.
