can its possible that we use old readed firmware as scatter file ?

just want to flash firmware only

You mean convert flash dump to scatter? Only for limited count of models, or need connect same phone. So, better and faster read new one.

Here is too much models which not coming again from company once its soled the company stop saling these models more but infect i get these phones again for flashing so if i cant get working phone can make this dump to scatter ? I read more then 140 phones

Probably, still not clear understand you.
If you have phone - just read Scat Format file and that is all.
If need convert some old dump to scat file - not possible now. But little later I will make dump writing as scatter file ( mean save to security and rest sensetive data ). Just to make dump files more useful.
