Fly F006 without some Icons

Friends caught a MP7 Fly F006 that was not links, I checked the schedule and how it was done by a complete format Pinfinder, then rewrite the original IMEis and then I was testing! The defect was corrected, but when I called the phone's Menu icons were missing, I tried to see if it was some kind of programming and nothing, so I took a backup of a good and passed the phone and no address. One could of help. In the photo below shows the icons on the device that has no defect in my unit here under the icons on the Springboard and some are missing!

Yes I tried, the phone came with this defect, then did a full format by pinfinder and then rewrite the IMEis documents. The defect was that it was not binding, and tested equipment was working. I realized then that some icons were missing as the Wi-Fi, and connecting the camera to stay in the MENU of the phone. I was in the shop of a friend and got a good thing he has in the window and saved to FULL and then played in that phone, still without any icons MENU. Mechi the device may be some manual configuration but without success. Customer called me talking a load of crap saying that we are not trained, that we should not mecher on his phone. What do you advise me to do?
