i have above phone showing enter np code i tried to unlock didnt go then search forum and flashed with firmware in support phone still asking for np code please advise is urgent

I can't beleive that nothing helps.
Please, explain step-by-step what you have tried to do, what flash files you have used, post logs.
Please, don't write "I have done exactly as written in manual" because it can't be so.

I have also problem with one SL399e from virgin mobile.Unlocked with all posible metods from softw. but nothing.Flashed with the file from support still same.Maked safe and complete resset same.Any other advice?????
I have full beckup if needed I can send it???

Hello,

What code phone ask you when you insert wrong sim card ?
Are you sure that you have flashed phone with firmware according to manual ?
What firmware you have used for flashing ?

i have the similar trouble, i try to format flash not work, try format and now phone not switch on. what can i do to revicve it ?

1. charge battery
2. press and hold phone "Power" button during long time (up to 1 min)
