Fly SL399E Unlock problem - GSM-Forum

I Follow procedure and phone appears unlocked....
But will not work on GSM900 o2+Voda only GSM1800 orange, t-mobile, virgin etc.

Anyone help me with this problem???

How many different GSM networks exist in your city ?
Are you sure that you have GSM900 network at your location ?

we have both 900 + 1800 basically it seems like the phone is barred from the 900gsm as vodafone appears on screen but wont allow calls and 02 gives sim registration failed.
But orange , t-mob virgin etc work perfectly??
