You can select "complete" format instead of "safe".
And what is the problem with "flash read" ?

Phone model is Fly-Ying F006 TV WiFi.
Phone work good before connect to USB Cable. When conect - Usb device not recognized... and after was dead.
Should be Hardware problem?

1. What is with phone NOW (can you power-on phone well) ?
2. Is it dead phone that can not power-on (yes/no) ?

I`l try but phone is dead and when i try to save flash gave error! I can`t read or write ... any operation is dead!

It is NOT a cable problem for sure.

It's a phone hardware problem - software even can not detect flash chip type. I suggest you to check phone hardware first.
