Following standard procedures to find pinout didn't work

Hi, I'm new on this forum and I a little confuse with the pinout.

I have a 1x12 pin.
it is my pinout research on the phone:

1 Obvious GND (look into the PCB and verified)
2,3,6,7 discarded: antenna/audio (used by earphone)
4,5 small voltage (-0.2, 0.2) at power off, around +2.7v at power on (both pins)
8 D- USB
9 D+ USB

10 Power charger (used by cable charger)
11 +3.2v going to 0v when the power button is pressed (even when the phone is turned on)
12 Battery (+4.02v)

I discard the pins 8,9 (USB D- D+), 1(GND), 10,11,12 (power related), and 2,3,6,7 (antenna/audio)
I connect the infinity box to pins 4,5 (and inverted) and the box didn't see anything
I connect the phone with the USB cable and I can read the basic parameters of the phone (AT commands)
I test on two identical phones (just to discard problems with one phone)

I will appreciate any help or suggestion.
Thank you in advance

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, off course.
Three wires: GND, Tx and Rx
I didn't test with D+ and D-, these pins are differential and I discarded.

hello!

why you discard 2,3,6,7 antenna/audio (used by earphone)
some phones use earphone connector for both purposes: handfree/serial communication

Yesterday night was impossible work on infinity-box and phone.
I’m really impressed about infinity customer care.
When I finish, I will write a customer review and make my small donation. I hope finish soon (I need it)
After read and write the firmware, I need the language pack also,

This is my report for tonight;
I expend several hours to make a test pinout header connector. (Why I don’t buy the pin finder?, next time I will buy this accessory box)
I install all cables, the infinity box, the phone and my 15 years old oscilloscope to accelerate the pinout time combinatory consumption problem.

I use the custom infinity-box RJ45 cable to connect to my special header connector.
First surprise: NOTE FOR RESELLERS:
The RJ45 code GF-AT106 included with infinity-box package is wrong.
The connector has 5 wires labeled as following:
Red :Tx
Blue:Rx
White and Black; GND two cables joined with one label
Green: GND

I take the white and black cable and soldered both to the GND pin of my header. When connect the Infinity-box, the computer shows a message like: Too many power requests at USB port and shutdown the infinity-box.

Reason: Black cable is +5v and white cable is GND, => short circuit!!!.

Well, one problem less. Next step:
I connected the oscilloscope to the Tx terminal to check for data. Using the default port (COM4 in my case when I select SCAN with auto detect) doesn’t work. No signal on Tx cable.
I used an external COM port and check for signal using the Chinesse miracle software. Result; no problem, signal on external port.
I found another port (COM29 VCP0 ???.) on the list of ports in Chiness miracle. I switch to this port and the oscilloscope start dancing with signals.
Suggestion: Don’t use the scan port.

Well, one problem less. Next step:

Finally I start with my common sense combination (the remaining two pins after discard the other pins), just to start with my first hypotesis about pins, and voila!, finally a different message on Chinesse miracle screen.

Here is a copy of the message:

COM29 [VCP0] selected
Device: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR
Checking data, wait...
advanced flash detection enabled
eeprom backup enabled, it may takes several minutes !
Action: read/check detailed information
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
baud autodetection active
19200 autodetect
Connecting, wait...
Initializing[6225:8A03:8A00]...
CPU: MT6225
high speed boot disabled
chip: 0001:4F03:0001
high speed disabled
boot step size: 0400
Release Power button now !
Boot Done
Initialize...
detecting chip #00 in region #00...
flash: 208818FFFFFFFF:20881800000000
flash: 208818FFFFFFFF:20881800000000
number of flash chip/regions detected: 00/01
Unknown or damaged flash chip, operation aborted.

Fault reasons:
1. damaged flash chip: replace or resolder/reball flash chip
2. damaged hardware: check hardware, water inside etc.
3. unknown hardware: set "Advanced chip detection method" box [un-checked] and try again
4. wrong model selection, try 'NAND' selection
Initialize Fail
Finished, time used: 22 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

My comments:
Fault Reasons:
1,2.- damage flash chip/hardware?. Phone is in perfect work condition
3. unknown hardware:
I run the procedure with “Advanced chip detection method” checked and unchecked, with the same result.
4. wrong model selection (where I select the model?)
I’m try reading the flash, the NAND, similar problems

Memory chip is a M36P0R806. Do you have the datasheet for this memory IC? I have a similar one but is not the same number.

Can you help me?
I will appreciate a lot.

Thank you in advance.
