Format ffs


Sir i received a 6300 phone from customer yesterday. It hang after power on. I format ffs but no success. After i formatted whole flash chip. Now phone is dead. I am new to infinity. I do not know to how to recover. But when format ffs infinity software save some backup. Sir it can help me or not in this case? I do not know how to flash phones with infinity. I also do not know the version of the phone. Another question is what is the different bitween ffs safe, ffs complete, format whole chip in the infinity software. Pls help begginer like me

try to flash your phone with back up files.
always use safe format.
if still problem use complete format.
back up phone before complete format.

format whole flash chip will make phone dead.
never use this if you do not have flash file or back u.p

sir how can restore the backup file?
but sir i erased full chip
i do not know the flash file version. help

The backups made during Format FFS will not Help... You Need Full Backup.

Post Here Your Format FFS log, it should contain the original Flash file Version.

Only after that one can suggest you which flash file to use..

Now only Full flash can bring Life in Your phone.
If You have Working Phone read out Full flash and Write it to Your destroyed one.
