G-five F5 during calling restrt, software fault - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I have 3pcs g-five f5 model with same problem : when receiving or making calls , set auto restart. I know this is 100% software fault.

any one have tested flash file????

plz share.

for information : similar kind problem i already faced with G-five f3 & f2 , problem solved only with flash with tested flash file.

Thanks in advance for help on this.

hello!

please let us know following:
1. did you try format FFS/IMEI restore?
2. have you tried to call 112 with removed SIM card? what result you get?
3. what is phone software version?

bro also check ur voice changer option.sometime it creates this problem due to voice changer on....if on.....plz off it......otherwise sw fault

Yes try to call 112 without sim , if problem exist then check HW(PA,battery,battery con)

If 112 call making without problem then check SW.
Most of F5 found with this problem because of the IMEI. please check the IMEI.

1.without sim 112 call absolute ok

2. Imei is there , G-Five all imei now registered By BAT

3. software version :M7026LDJWT_HF_PCB01_GSM_MT6223_S00.KAAM7026DJWT_T F_2_01_205__G5-F5_4m_En_Hi_Ar.B0M

As i said above, I already face same kind problem with G-five F2 & F3 mobile & solved by flashing with following files :

I have tried above filed with F5, all is ok except Display become blue.

Plz help ,
