G7300 dead


Soft appliance that did not have backed up, and now he does not care anymore. Have ran the firmware of support and it keeps not connecting. Am I doing something wrong?

Please post here operation log text and post here step-by-step explanation what was with phone before operation and after all operations.

I changed the firmware to change the language, which was not Portuguese. And I did it without backing

This means that you have to double check your cable.

Use Rx/Tx/Gnd cable instead of USB.

I was not using USB cable, I was using COM

Please double check your cable in this case. It may be you must swap Rx <-> Tx wires
