i just try to format it using cm2mtk but the operation failed

read info seems to be correctly done but format action goes with errors
ps : no any button is touched just i plug the cable inside phone

Your eMMC inside phone is Ok, because it not exists.

Strange , if such - try re-insert battery after read info , and do format then.

already done several times but in vain , i faced such problems with some fake china phones and i did not get the point on how to resolve this connection problems because phones were in good condition and hardware issue is far to be the cause i think it is related to some kind of bug in software i guess

Second time it always show such error?
You can try without "Read Info" , by selecting manually Settings - SP Other - NAND init to P1 or P2.
