i have a problem when I try to buy gbkey activation for infinity box over the online platform of infinity it says Error: wrong S/N to activate (000xxxxx), S/N should be like [
12345678 ] 8 symbols ! My card serial begin with 3 Zeros maybe that is the problem or is a problem of the software? I try to contact [email protected] but no answer

It looks like you have entered wrong S/N. If you still have this problem - send a mail to [email protected] with information about S/N to activate.
