Please don't be offended or get upset, just wanted to know progress.  I am still stuck with these phones.. The New GPSR 779 uses the Flash chip 71PL256NCOHFW5B Manufacturer: Spansion COM1 selected Device: UTstarcom GPRS779 Checking data, wait... Action: Unlock Boot... Phone should be Switched OFF !
