GRT Activation (Registration) Issue - Not Working - GSM-Forum

I activated GRT with Infinity Serial and GRT Software detects another Serial Number. I don’t know if this is normal or not, but when I try to register on GRT home page and correctly fill the registration form I get a pop message with the following text: “Please match the requested format”.

This means I can't register my device. I paid 72 dollars for this activation and it's not working.

Everybody is playing “hot potato” with this case. I’m not very happy. I can’t afford to give you my money for something that it’s not working. I purchase this Infinity activation and GRT Team apparently doesn't care about Infinity users and Infinity Team cleans itself by blaming GRT Team.
