Any one have help to unlock frp

1. check your model is BV6000 or BV6000s - both are IP68 CERTIFIED phones.
2. Blackview phones don't have secure boot, but you will probably need to connect it in BootRom mode.
(if battery is removable, try WITHOUT BATTERY)

BROM Mode is - while holding VOLUME DOWN button insert usb cable.

So ... try and post logs, or success report.
