Probably you need to use 115200 baud.

only slow with pl2303 working. I have move phone locked code successfull but afterthat phone no network.

Hello,

How to fix PL2303 problems: http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=489702

No network: did you tested phone before unlock regarding network ?
You can try to restore eeprom backup, phone will be locked back but you can test phone network.
Also, you can try to use "code reading" unlock method.

Please, post here pinout for this phone.
