Having problems loading 2.3 - GSM-Forum

I HAVE TRIED TO UNINSTALL THE OLD VERSION BUT I GET THIS MESSAGE ERROR 1316, A NETWORK ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ATTEMPING TO READ FROM THE FILE c:\WINDOWS\Installer\infitityBox.msi
I also get the same error if i try to install the new version 2.(1)3 any Ideas please help

In this case you can just delete folder x:\Program Files\InfinityBox
and delete shortcuts in Start menu manually and try to install again.
But I think that if this situatipn takle plece this means that some problems exist with your PC (don't have any good explanation).

Just Run Setup v2.2 again and u will get three menus there
1) Modify
2) Repair
3) Remove

just select 3rd option and setup will be removed from your computer without any problem

I have tried that already but no good, thanks anyway, maybe some one will read this that knows how to solve the problem

the same problem ,but I solved with " Remove " version 2.2 and after that I installed ver.2.3 whitout problem.

thought i would give using remove an other go but i have delted version 2.2 any one know where I can download it as its not in the support area any more

Has anyone got Verson 2.2 as I have deleted it when I dowloaded 2.3 but now I need it to fix a problem. Prity PLEASE
