hello infinty box team


Hello Infinty box team

i have renewed my box 3 weeks ago (from TST ) today i am trying to enter support and box syas i must renew support again

Serial : 46E6....

well i already answer him really it is bad poltciy at least should warn me or ask me before doing anything wait 3 days for nothing

Could you, please, give me small comments.
I can see in my database this text for your dongle: "Box is damaged. PinFinder moved to 4E7.....".
We do not make that kind of comments by ourself, only by user's request.
Should I re-enable your box ?

I just wanted to avoid long discussion and I have re-enabled your card back w/o serious discussion (but as I can see there was no chance for me to avoid long discussion).

We have very user friendly support (in compare with many others) - we just make our work silently w/o many words (of course, if users can explain well what is their problem).
