Thumbs down Help About New Infinity Box


Hello Infinity Team. I brought A new Infinity box with pin finder.Box is ok but I cant connect to any Phone.I already selected right com port but I cant connect with phone. when I press read flash this massage is shown.pls help me as soon as possible.

COM10 selected
Device: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR
Checking data, wait...
advanced flash detection enabled
eeprom backup enabled, it may takes several minutes !
Action: read NOR flash
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
19200 fixed
Connecting, wait...
error: boot phase#1 failed
Release Power button now !
in case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 2 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

i think it's cable problem, try conect the phone with pinfinder cable to find right pinout, then try again conect the phone with infinity software
