help activation ust-spt box problem

hello infinity team, I have a problem with my activation
spt box.
1 - check my box serial ust in online services Card S / N: 0002A2EBFF021982-0E
2 - Install sortware spt box
3 - rum sotware spt box
4 - rum register and updater and est is the answer

Locating server ...
Server # 1 address found
Connecting to server # 1 ...
Server connection successfully ESTABLISHED
S / N: 0002A2EBFF021982, Firmware: 0000
Authenticating on server ...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error: [0007] No more upgrade logs.
Dongle is up-to-date and you have latest firmware. DO NOT try more!

5 - after that I go to C: \ Program Files \ SPT but there user.ini file

and wrote to spt team but they tell me to contact reseller

I am sad to say, but you did not read instruction from support area

-  Before buy USTPRO-2 activation - check your USTPRO-2 smart-card (can be upgraded well or not):
 1. Download SPT-Box Dongle Manager
 2. Try to upgrade your USTPRO-2 (without any preliminary payment)
 3. If you will see no any errors during this test - your card is well working and can be updated

and as a result you did not checked your card before buy activation.

Your card can not be activated due to it's a damaged card, so for now you have to contact to your reseller and discuss with him possibility to make activation with your another card (if you have it) or discuss with him about refund.

Realise activation directly with the online support infinity box with 300 credits ne saver like the steps to change card

this is my serial infinity with which buy credits and check box ust-spt Dongle serial No (S / N): 4154391A
