2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

set problem user lock so not connect in any cpu then try to flash with og flasher 2.9.9015 so set now dead

Hello. It have simnple SC7730 CPU, not see inside anything strange.
Make sure you have try all CPU settings ( include AltLDR mode )
Probably there is some HW damage can be as well, but chance is low.

Make sure battery is charged and alive. Charge it fully and repeat flashing.
