i have 2 pcs c115 when try to power on it display SS FORMATING.How to repair this problem?

i have try to flash as u said but problem remain maybe iam doing something wrong could you please tell exact files to flash and steps to do it.

Possible reasons:
1. your phone c115i, not c115 (or 115 instead of c115i) and you must use correct files for flashing !
2. phone has damaged flash chip or other hardware damage
