HELP CM2MTK is not opening!


All of a sudden CM2MTK software stoped opening. When i run software it shows an icon at the right side of the taskbar and when i try to click on it the icon it disappears , however CM2RT and CM2SPD are opening fine.

My version of CM2MTK is v1.58. and i am running windows 10. Dongle Serial number 7518D623

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with software ?

yes i have the fault.bin in the folder. i have attached it if incase you need it. just remove the txt extension.

for those who have the same problem as me.

1. i removed the the fault.bin file
2. then downloaded the lastest dongle client file from support
3. then updated the firmware on the box using the dongle client

then all was ok again.
