help flash panasonic a101


Infinity team help me how to flash panasonic a101, when i conect phone to dongle the phone get vibrate or shaking, iff i try to power on the phone said FLASH NOT SUPPORT, how should i do please give an advice it's software problem or hardware problem , thank's

hello!

please try following:
1. remove battery from phone
2. connect cable to phone
3. start soft, pick files, push "flash"
4. when soft ask for Power ON- then insert battery and if needed also power On by pressing buttion.

By this way it should connect

maybe you use wrong cable(from motorola). If you connect phone to Infinity box by Motorola cable phone will be vibrate. Connect correctly cable for Panasonic and try.
