help flash pantech pg-1400


Testing COM3 at 115200...
COM3 selected
Device: Pantech PG-1400
Checking data, wait...
Action: flash write
"smart write" enabled
Write: Firmware
Skip: File system
Skip: Language pack
Skip: Eeprom
Boot...
Phone must be POWERED-OFF !
Cable must be in "GPRS" mode !
Press and HOLD Power button !
Connecting, wait...
Err: boot failed:
Release Power button !
Err: wrong answer, errorcode#37
Boot Fail
Err: no any expected answer
Finished, time used: 5 sec
Remove/Install battery now !


assumtion
-battery full...coz make power supply...
-try another speed...still seem like that

maybe icflash damage?...coz first phone is dead..

if it was dead and after successful flashing still dead- this is a good reason to check phone hardware
