check your support expiry date- http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17
Make Read S/N from Dongle Manager and post here (without password).
Looks like you need to upgrade your dongle to latest firmware-

run DongleManager and update your box/dongle firmware.

as instructed by infinity team
