i think this is a hardware fault and not software

1st: Write eeprom file from support if not available then from another fone.
2nd: Change its IMEI.

i hav alredu chng its imee many times but still

this problem is just happnd bcoz of this set format by spiderman b4 this set is in working condition

Hi,

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?
