infinity box: unknown device when connect to pc

the infinity box team, this is a twelfth. It's been a while since a friend brought me an infinity box that puts unknown device as soon as it is connected to a computer but when you remove the SIM card it recognizes the box. me too yesterday I used my infinity box also did the same thing. I have a year activation in court on it. Need your help because it does not make you good publicity. Thank you

Try to insert smart card into other box/dongle/card reader and check result.

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

here is everything I tried:
- I changed pc and nothing has changed
- I put it in a best dongle and now, it shows:

Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID is not found

- I went yesterday bought another CM2, and strangely it continues to display:

I change the pc for the new dongle and it has the same thing.

I think the same thing too, but i have the follow driver .
- CardReader_AlcorMicro
- CardReader_AlcorMicro.AU9540_1.7.26.0_WHQL
- CardReader_e-gate
- CardReader_Omnikey_CCID
- CardReader_PKey
- CardReader_SCM_SCR3310

which is the good smart card driver.

If you have tried to insert old smart-card in good working card-reader and card can not be detected in most cases it means it's card HW problem.

Do you know, what is your dongle S/N ?

how can I read SN if the dongle refuses to install. what's strange is that I installed it, even for my friends. Can someone send me an installation procedure? thank you

Dont confuse yourself,you said you activated one year and still active on the fault card.
How did you activated without knowing its S/n ?
Keep wasting your time but dont waste supporters time.

i was using before and one morning it refuse to work. when i remove the key the infinity box connect correctly but when i put the smarth cart it display "devise" not found.

Serial number you can get from operation log inside installed folder.

Instruction for "unknown device":

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.

First you should try to connect dongle to another PC to find where is the problem, with your PC or with dongle !
Do you have another PC to try ?

drivers depends on your card-reader type but in most cases windows install drivers automatically. so first step - try with other PC.
